Step 3: Scroll down and press the points in all 5 areas for relief |

Locate and press the most sensitive spots in each area. Press these spots deep enough to feel an achy sensation. If you need to press harder use your thumb, knuckle, or (if your have long finger nails) try the blunt end of an ink pen. |

1. Press the sensitive point on the scalp with your finger tip or use the knuckle of your index finger while taking 3 or 4 DEEP, SLOW breaths and gently MOVING the hips and back in a circle. | Scalp | ||||

Repeat by pressing all of the points in sequence several times, then read the suggestions below. | |||||

When I got out of bed this morning I thought I was going to
collapse to the floor in pain. I got to the website and
looked at how to get the slightest release of pain just to
get to the point of seeing a chiropractor. After two
pressure point applications to my head about 15 minutes
apart my back is almost pain free and mobility is restored.
