Find the sternum area in the middle of the chest on the bone and between the ribs where they join the sternum. |

Find the LU 8 area on the inside of the left arm
above the wrist. Locate the
most sensitive point in the area over the radius bone (lined up with the thumb).
Find the SI 7 area on the right arm under the ulnar bone (lined up with the little finger). Push hard to locate the most sensitive area between the bone and muscle. |

Find the UB 58-59 area on the outside of
the left lower leg behind the
bone
(fibula) which runs down to the ankles. Use
the most sensitive point in the UB 58-59 area. Find the SP 6 area on the inside of the right lower leg behind the bone (Tibia). Press into the muscle to find the most sensitive spot. |

Locate and press the most sensitive spots in each area. Press these spots deep enough to feel an achy sensation. If you need to press harder use your thumb or (if your have long finger nails) try the blunt end of an ink pen. |

1. Press the sensitive points on the sternum with your finger tips or the use the knuckle of your index fingers while taking 3 or 4 DEEP, SLOW breaths and gently MOVING the upper back. | Sternum | |||||

2. Press most sensitive points in the SI 7 area on the right arm for about a minute while
taking 3 or 4 DEEP, SLOW breaths and gently MOVING the left shoulder in a circle. |

minute while

5. Press the most sensitive points in the SP 6 area on the inside of the right leg for about a minute while taking 3 or 4 DEEP, SLOW breaths and gently MOVING the left shoulder in a circle. | Right Leg | |||||
6. Press the sensitive points on the sternum with your finger tips or the use the knuckle of your index fingers while taking 3 or 4 DEEP, SLOW breaths and gently MOVING the upper back. | Sternum | |||||
Repeat by pressing all of the points in sequence several times, then read the suggestions below. | ||||||
